SCHEZWAN SAUCE RECIPE INGREDIENTS: This recipe makes a bowl of Schezwan sauce. Ir goes well with momos or any other Desi Chinese dish. ☆ Red dried chillies (around 20) (If the chilly that you're using is too spicy, then remove the seeds and use it) ☆ Ginger 2 inch ☆ Garlic 10-12 cloves ☆ Oil- 4 tbsp ☆ Soya sauce- 1 tbsp ☆ Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp ☆ Salt as per taste ☆ Vinegar 1 tbsp ☆ Water 1/2 or 3/4 th cup (depending on the consistency and spiciness) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Take the dried chillies in a bowl. Remove its stems and soak it in water for about 45 minutes. After 45 min, put the chilies in a grinder and grind it for 5 minutes. Add a little water and grind to get a paste like consistency. Keep adding water bit by bit until you get that consistency.
