Schezwan Sauce Recipe

SCHEZWAN SAUCE RECIPE INGREDIENTS: This recipe makes a bowl of Schezwan sauce. Ir goes well with momos or any other Desi Chinese dish.  ☆ Red dried chillies (around 20)  (If the chilly that you're using is too spicy, then remove the seeds and use it)  ☆ Ginger 2 inch ☆ Garlic 10-12 cloves ☆ Oil- 4 tbsp ☆ Soya sauce- 1 tbsp  ☆ Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp ☆ Salt as per taste ☆ Vinegar 1 tbsp ☆ Water 1/2 or 3/4 th cup (depending on the consistency and spiciness) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Take the dried chillies in a bowl. Remove its stems and soak it in water for about 45 minutes. After 45 min, put the chilies in a grinder and grind it for 5 minutes. Add a little water and grind to get a paste like consistency. Keep adding water bit by bit until you get that consistency.  Tip: Using a mix of the spicy and less spicy chillies would be the best option.  ☆If you only have the less spicy chillies, using that also is alright.  ☆However, if you have the tikka (very spicy) chil...

Chicken Momo Recipe

CHICKEN MOMOS RECIPE     INGREDIENTS:  Makes around 13 momos ☆ For the covering of momos☆ • 1 cup maida  • 1 tbsp oil • 1/2 cup water • 1 tbsp salt ☆ For momos stuffing ☆ •  300 g chicken • 1 medium sized onion • 1/4 cup spring onion • 1/2 cup coriander leaves •  2 tsp garlic paste •  2 tsp soya sauce •  1 tbsp vinegar  •   1 tsp pepper • Salt as per taste  ♡INSTRUCTIONS♡ 1. In a large bowl, take 300 g minced chicken. In order to get a proper texture for the momos, grind it in a blender.  2. Now into the bowl with chicken, add spring onion, 1 onion, coriander, garlic paste, salt, pepper, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well. The stuffing for momo is now ready. 3.
