Chicken 65 recipe Ingredients: • Chicken- 500 g (boneless is used generally but I've used with bone here. Both are okay) • Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp • Chilly powder- 2 to 3 tsp • Coriander powder- 2 tbsp • Garam masala- 2 tsp • Corn flour- 4 tbsp • Rice flour - 2 tbsp • Lemon juice- 4 tsp • Egg- 1 • Ginger garlic paste- 3 tsp • Salt as per taste • Oil for frying ☆For the coating preparation- • Oil - 2 tbsp • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp • Curry leaves- 3 or 4 • Chilly sauce/Sauce- 2 or 3 tbsp • Soya sauce • Garlic- 2 or 3 • Green chillies - 3-4 • Dried Red chillies- 2 PREPARATION- 1. Take the cleaned chicken and add in all the masalas starting with chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Now stir in this well. Then add in lemon juice. 2. Break open an egg in a separate bowl and beat it well for a few minutes. Then add it into the chicken and mix it well until its coated well. 3. Now keep this marinade closed for 15-20 min.
