Tea time chocolate cake

     TEA TIME CHOCOLATE CAKE

Hi guys, if you're looking for something sweet to have along with your evening time snacks like it shouldn't be too sweet and it must be something soft and a little crunchy then this the right recipe for you... :)

Ingredients needed: I've mentioned the measurement in cup as well as in tablespoons below so you can be sure you're using the right amount of ingredients.

*2 eggs
*2/3 rd (10 tbsp+2 tsp) - cup sugar
*1/4th cup (4 tbsp) - cocoa
* 1/2 (8 tbsp) cup oil
*3/4 (12 tbsp) cup maida
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
*1/3rd (5 tbsp + 1 tsp) - cup milk
* 1 tsp of vanilla essence
* chopped nuts (almonds/cashews)

RECIPE-

1. In a blender, add 2 eggs, 2/3rd cup sugar,1/4 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup oil and blend it for 2 minutes. Check for lumps with a spoon, in case there are lumps, blend once again.
2. Take a large bowl, now add all our dry ingredients into it. Sieve in 3/4th cup of maida, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
3. Now add the blended cocoa mix mix into this bowl. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
4. Give it a little mix by using cut and fold method. Slowly keep adding milk little by little (Note: I've used 1/3rd cup of milk. Make sure not to sure a lot of milk or else the cake won't set/ rise.)
*DON'T OVERMIX. It will make your cake hard, it won't rise and it will end up tasting really bad. So be careful while mixing.
5. Now take a cake mould and grease it up with oil. Add the cake mixture. Add the chopped nuts on top if you want. (I would suggest adding nuts because it gives a nice crunch to the cake which would make the cake very tasty.)
6. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Bake the cake at 180*C for 35-45 minutes. Check whether its cooked properly with a toothpick.

7. Serve while hot and enjoy your cake along with a steaming hot cup of tea.

Bananas when overripe becomes like the untouchable fruit in our house. Nobody wants it anymore now as it has become all mushy and sticky. So the best use we can make out of this banana at this stage is to make a banana cake! This gives the dull, weak, unwanted banana a completely different dimension. Like Cinderella's amazing transformation into a princess.. xD But it's only possible when you are ready to play the role of fairy godmother.. I mean when you are finally getting yourself out of that couch and starting your work.         So without further adieu , let's get into my mom's recipe of banana cake/bread. Actually I hate both paneer as well as peas (mattar) but I loved this curry a lot. (Probably because of the effort I put into it. I have never made anything with paneer before.. haha). But I would recommend you all to give this recipe a try. Everyone in my home liked it too and let me tell you it was finished within 2 days which was quite an achievement! :') Matar paneer  ●Matar paneer recipe (North Indian style) *Ingredients required: ☆ 1cup of matar (peas) ☆200 g of paneer ☆2 tomatoes ☆ 2 inch ginger ☆ 4 cloves of garlic  ☆1 medium sized onion ☆ 1 bay leaf ☆ 1 small stick of cinnamon ☆ 2
