Homemade Chicken 65 Recipe

Chicken 65 recipe     Ingredients: • Chicken- 500 g (boneless is used generally but I've used with bone here. Both are okay)  • Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp  • Chilly powder- 2 to 3 tsp • Coriander powder- 2 tbsp • Garam masala- 2 tsp • Corn flour- 4 tbsp • Rice flour - 2 tbsp • Lemon juice- 4 tsp • Egg- 1 • Ginger garlic paste- 3 tsp  • Salt as per taste • Oil for frying ☆For the coating preparation- • Oil - 2 tbsp • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp • Curry leaves- 3 or 4 • Chilly sauce/Sauce- 2 or 3 tbsp • Soya sauce  • Garlic- 2 or 3 • Green chillies - 3-4 • Dried Red chillies- 2 PREPARATION- 1. Take the cleaned chicken and add in all the masalas starting with chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Now stir in this well. Then add in lemon juice.  2. Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE ♡ INGREDIENTS ♡ 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup maida  3 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla essence  1 pinch salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ♡ RECIPE ♡  1. In a large bowl, add 1/3 cup of water and 1/4 cup oil. Now add 3/4 cup powdered sugar and mix well until no lumps are present.  2. Now in a separate bowl, seive in 1 cup of maida and 3 tbsp of cocoa powder. Also add baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.  3. Now add this mix slowly into the wet ingredients giving it an occasional stir.  ♧Note: Mix all the dry ingredients first before adding to the wet ones so that we can have a uniform mix and be sure of a lump less mix.   4.      TEA TIME CHOCOLATE CAKE Hi guys, if you're looking for something sweet to have along with your evening time snacks like it shouldn't be too sweet and it must be something soft and a little crunchy then this the right recipe for you... :)                                     Ingredients needed: I've mentioned the measurement in cup as well as in tablespoons below so you can be sure you're using the right amount of ingredients.  *2 eggs *2/3 rd (10 tbsp+2 tsp) - cup sugar *1/4th cup (4 tbsp) - cocoa * 1/2 (8 tbsp) cup oil *3/4 (12 tbsp) cup maida * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp baking soda *1/3rd (5 tbsp + 1 tsp) - cup milk * 1 tsp of vanilla essence * chopped nuts (almonds/cashews) RECIPE-  1. Mangalore bun/Banana bun recipe

The first time I ate these were in my hostel mess in Karnataka. They used to give us these buns along with chutney for snacks. My first thought was "Wow this puri is sweet!" After that my friend told me that it was one of the famous things made in Mangalore and that it was called 'Mangalore bun.' Few days back I was thinking about what to make for munching in the evening using the limited ingredients that we had. And that's when I stumbled across this very simple recipe of Mangalore buns. RECIPE FOR MANGALORE BUNS: * 1 ripe banana  * 1 ½ cup or more maida * ½ cup powdered sugar * ½ tsp Baking soda * 1 pinch of salt * 1 tsp ghee * 1 tsp jeera 1.
